Burn Permits
The City of Pea Ridge requires all residents within city limits to obtain a burn permit from City Hall before burning. The permits can be obtained by going to City Hall, 227 East Pickens during normal business hours.
The permit can be issued for up to 3 days at a time and allows for the burning of yard waste only - NO TRASH, BUILDING MATERIALS, ETC.
No Burning is allowed during County Wide Burn Bans.
Control Burns must be reported to Cencom at, (479) 271-1005 or (866) 207-5140.
