Burn Permits
The City of Pea Ridge requires all residents within city limits to obtain a burn permit from City Hall before burning.
The permit can be issued for up to 3 days at a time and allows for the burning of yard waste only - NO TRASH, BUILDING MATERIALS, ETC.
No Burning is allowed during County Wide Burn Bans.
Control Burns must be reported to Cencom at, (479) 271-1005 or (866) 207-5140.
